Similar to a previous discussion question, you have graduated and have landed your dream career as a healthcare professional. You work as a floor manager in a busy facility and are having problems communicating with your employees. It is extremely difficult to have the entire team available at shift-change and even harder, in fact – nearly impossible, to meet anywhere but on the floor. Privacy is simply not an option, yet you must get report from the outgoing supervisor and pass it on to your team as efficiently as possible. Discuss what you would do in this situation.
