There 1974 participants randomly selected in the year of 2012. And this research will be funding myself because the project does not require a lot of resources and fund.

The purpose of this assignment is to find out what people think about suicide.

II. Sample

There 1974 participants randomly selected in the year of 2012. And this research will be funding myself because the project does not require a lot of resources and fund. The data was gathered by face to face and one by one interview and the data from respondents was recorded. And these participants were a representation of the general population of the people.

From the chart above, it is clear that my respondents consisted of 2012 were 12% Yes, 52% No , 0.5% Don’t know 34% not applicable. Among all the respondents majority were undecided on whether people with uncurable diseases should have a right to commit suicide or not , this were closely followed by others who said yes and the minority were those who said no.

Cross tabulation Table

Hypothesis: Males and females differ on the issues related to suicide

Create a cross tabulation table with the variables that you have chosen. Be sure that you have all percentages that you need to properly present a detailed overview of your bivariate analysis.

Compute the epsilon.

Accordingly to the table, high numbers of males and females are undecided on whether terminally ill patients should have a right to commit suicide or not. However, when it comes to those who chose yes or no, a greater proportion of females feel that terminally ill patients should not have a right to commit suicide. This opinion is different from the males since a greater portion of males believes that the terminally ill patients should have a right to commit suicide. My hypothesis is thus correct.

From the table, high quantities of male and females are undecided on whether terminally ill patients ought to have a privilege to submit suicide or not. In any case, with regards to the individuals who picked yes or no, greater proportion of females feel that terminally ill patients should not have a right to commit suicide This feeling is not quite the same as the guys since a more noteworthy segment of guys trusts that the in terminally condition patients ought to have a privilege to submit suicide. My hypothesis is in this way right.

Epsilon

Epsilon is calculated by subtracting the largest % and smallest %. Most statisticians believe that a percentage difference of above 9.0% shows strong relationship between the variables being cross tabulated. My hypothesis is thus correct and is accepted.

Conclusion: Males and females very on the issues related to committed suicide.

From the correlation there is no significant found that the variables are related with each other at 0.01 level
