Managing teams and groups is a critical component of project management. As important as it is to have diversity on the team for dynamics and knowledge-sharing, it is also important to have appropriate representation. How do you think a team’s purpose is impacted by the “players” on the team? Describe the key attributes for “players” on the team and appraise the risks when team members are not appropriate for the project.
