Assignment instructor: User Personas Thus far in class we have been learning about how individuals employ technology to accomplish their goals. This invokes the question who are the users? Many times HPTs/EPSSs are designed for a single user group when, in reality, many groups use the same system. For instance, an electronic medical record that does not take into account nurses and doctors will probably not be sustainable. Similarly, a learning management system that does not design for both teachers and students will invariably do a disservice to both user groups. Section 1 o In this assignment, you will put your design through its first test. Specifically, you will first be asked to include a one to two paragraph description of 3 different user personas (ie teacher, student, parents.lawyer, law clerk, administrative assistant.physician, nurse, family member).
