Overview of Assignment:

1. Load MS Project on to your laptop, or find a lab computer that has this software. 2. Build a MS Project Baseline for a project with the steps described in Detailed Section below. a. Assign Hierarchy, Time Durations, and Predecessors. 3. On Baseline – Determine Completion Date, Total Hours, and Critical Path 4. Modify Gantt Chart with these Changes a. Assign Resources, and Salary b. Again Calculate Completion Date, Total Cost, Total Hours 5. Modify Gantt Chart with these Changes a. Change Resources usage as described, and add US Holidays. b. Again Calculate Completion Date, Total Cost, Total Hours 6. Print All Three Gantt Charts (and costs of last two) – Bring to Class
