Diet is extremely important for everyone, but those with medical conditions it is placed as a high priority. Many health conditions are caused by what a person eats. Treating and preventing these conditions involves a change in diet or a special diet. These special diets are designated for people with certain medical conditions and are used to help a medical condition from a nutritional perspective.
Below is a list of special diets that as a health care professional you will come across when caring for your patients. CHOOSE FIVE of the ten diets and explain the following points in 1-2 paragraphs each.
