Case Assignment

You are employed by a local health department as manager of environmental health and safety, and one of your big cities is facing increased outbreaks of foodborne illnesses:

  1. Describe what secondary and primary drivers you would use to examine and improve food safety.
  2. Analyze how you would evaluate the performance and effectiveness of the improvements you have made to food safety in the city.
