The differentials you have chosen tie to the patient’s chief complaint. In your case study, one of my first thoughts was is this patient obese? and does she have regular periods. Patients that present with acne that have these two factors tend to have syndrome called PCOS. What is it? and would it apply to your patient in this case? (I”m not sure if this is a real or fictitious patient….so I”m curious to know your thoughts).

What case details in your case study tie to your 3rd differential of acneiform eruptions given your description of it……which type would apply to your patient?
