Three are 3 main variables in the topic:
1. Human resource practices
2. Transparent organizational communication
3. Organizational learning
I’ve attached a template for the literature study.
Essentially, each variable must be defined 3 times and then a summary definition.
Then the relationship between each variable must be discussed as explained in the template. The aim is to use correlations from literature. R squared values….
If no correlation exists then the writer must discuss the relevant relationships/themes that do exist between the variables. and identify the gaps….
If for example there is no correlation between human resource practices and transparent organizational communication then what correlation does exist in literature regarding these variables? Has transparent organizational communication been researched against other variables?
