Conflicts generally fall into one of two categories:

1. Interest Based Conflicts
2. Identity Based Conflicts

Select either an interest-based conflict or an identity-based conflict and provide a situation in which this could occur. Reflect on the current literature and analyze how you would handle this type of conflict as a nursing leader.
