How does he sharpness of the multiplicity function for 100 coin tosses differ from the sharpness of the multiplicity of an Avagadro’s number of coin tosses? What does that imply for the probability of the “all heads” macrostate? What does that imply for the second law of thermodynamics? How often should we expect to see the second law violated in macroscopic systems? What are thermodynamic fluctuations? Should we be able to measure them? What is the thermodynamic limit?
