A 22 year old African-American male was presented. The patient was complaining of a sudden onset of abdominal pain after eating a turkey sandwich. He denied any nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation, fever, frank blood or dark stools. Patient reported to have “normal” bowel movements and was unaware of anyone around him being ill. He had no known medical history, no known surgical history and was on no medications at this time. Upon assessment he had a soft, flat abdomen with guarding and rebound tenderness.
