I am doing this paper with a group and I only have to do the Executive summary, key issues and strengths portion.

  1. Executive Summary – Goal is 1 to 2 pages. Think of it as an abstract, not an introduction (In Healthcare Leadership, you need to make your case and get their attention in one page)
  2. Key Issues – surface and summarize (background like)
  3. Situational Analysis – include SWOT (as Atch), other pertinent analysis factors
