Cultural Competence

For this assignment, first explain the concept of cultural competence in healthcare organizations. Discuss how the concept can be used to strengthen an organization’s patient care services. Then offer 2-3 specific actions that organizations can take to improve cultural competence. Be sure to also describe the strengths, limitations, and challenges of each.
