Order DescriptionWrite a 4- to 5-page essay (utilizing at least 35 references) in which you respond to questions regarding a hypothetical situation. Follow these directions for a specific program outside of the United States. Do not write a paper in generalities for program evaluation.
Suppose you have been hired to conduct a program evaluation in a country outside of the United States (choose a community education program that you will conduct an evaluation for in a country outside the United States). Respond to the following questions regarding this program:
1. Who might be some of the potential stakeholders?
2. In what ways may the social political and/or cultural context of the program be relevant to its evaluation?
3. Discuss funding and resource issues as well as any other foreseeable obstacles to conducting the evaluation.
Assignment Expectations
Provide scholarly sources to support your work. It is important in doctoral-level assignments to demonstrate your ability to synthesize and compile information from the literature. Limit your response to 5 pages maximum and provide a minimum of 35 references.
Be sure to provide citations of sources consulted in preparing your paper in the body of the document itself (i.e. in addition to furnishing a reference list).
