The paper is about “the role of hr managers in ethical human resources”. I only need an outline and here are some of the questions that might help you.

*explain the ethical principles of justice, beneficence, nonmaleficence, and autonomy in human resources (HR); *discuss the promise of confidentiality and honesty, and describe the role of HR managers in ethical HR activities.

*Use only academic websites that I can access to them gov, edu, etc. (some use online books or articles which I can’t access them). Plus, I will give a book called “Ethics and Professionalism for Healthcare Managers” PLEASE use it as your main, but you also may use 9 other sources than this one. Make sure that you cite your sources.
