This brief assignment will help you prepare for your final logic model project by giving you an opportunity to draft some statements which you can then use for your final project before your paper is due.
For this assignment, you will:
- Sign into your logic model builder and draft at least one statement for each part of the logic model builder (Internet link provided below and in the Final Project section).
- Although this will be only a partial logic model, what you include should be aligned; the results, indicators, activities and outcomes measurement should be clearly linked.
- The logic model builder allows you to download a PDF of your work. You should attach the pdf document that the logic model builder produces with your response.
