Florida National University Week 6 Patagonian Mayorum in Argentina Paper

PLEASE REMEMBER THAT THIS ASSIGNMENT WILL BE SUBMITTED THROUGH TURNITIN AND SAFEASSIGN, THEREFORE IT CANNOT BE PLAGIARIZED!!

Assignment #6:

One of the largest animals (if not the largest of all) that has ever walked this Earth has been called Patagotitan: A sauropod found in Argentina. Why was it so big? How can an animal so big survive with enough food and with carnivorous predators around? What did it eat? How did it move? The enormous size of this animal was such that scientists are puzzled at its physiology and its mechanics (movement) – the animal might as well be an impossible creature to exist. If you were able to travel to the past and saw Patagotitan, you were probably seeing the pinnacle of animal gigantism – a natural evolutionary experiment that probably lived only once on this Earth. Investigate about Patagotitan and write an essay about it. The questions provided above are to motivate you to investigate about this topic; you do not need to answer them one by one. The essay must be at least three paragraphs long, and each paragraph must contain at least five sentences (you can write more than three paragraphs and more than five sentences per paragraph if you wish to do so). The content of your essay must be written entirely in your OWN words. Use in-text citations in parenthesis, APA style, if you paraphrase information from other authors. Paraphrasing is not copy-pasting or copying and changing a few words from other authors’ writings – it is writing it in your OWN words to explain the authors’ writings. Only when necessary, you can quote, but these quotes do not count towards the last tally of the number of paragraphs and sentences required from your OWN writing. You must at least consult three references to investigate this topic and must list these three references at the end of your essay (use APA style). You must submit your assignment using SafeAssign; your assignment will not be evaluated if it is not submitted through SafeAssign.
