For this assessment, you will conduct a hypothetical performance review of an employee and give your candid evaluation of that employee. You will follow all the process involved in this manner:
- Define performance appraisal (PA)
- What is the purpose of PA
- Outline the different methods of PA and discuss any TWO
- Timing of appraisals
- Performance rating (Use form available under – Mid Term in the Learning Resources)
- Develop a performance development plan for your employee
- What are the problems in performance rating?
